Trata acerca de los temas tratados en la conferencia llevada acabo en Noviembre de 2007 en la Universidad de Tartu. Los temas fueron:
- The problems encountered in harmonising civil law in Europe under the project Common Frame of Reference (CFR).
- The impacts of the harmonisation of civil law on the civil law of the new Member States of the European Union.

A la vez, el periódico o revista cuenta con diferentes juristas que estuvieron involucrados en el CFR y un total de 27 artículos.
